Just As He Feared Challenge

As many a season eight fic has pointed out, Mulder is clearly less than overjoyed about Scully's pregnancy in the episodes that immediately follow DeadAlive. And most of those fics postulate that this is due to him worrying that it's not his baby. Hmmm.

Your challenge:

Write a season eight fic in which Mulder learns that, just as he feared, the baby Scully is carrying when he returns from the dead isn't his. Then what happens?

Note: your story can be anything from a short tale that only encompasses the elements of the challenge all the way to a lengthy AU seasons 8-11 story that reaches to present day. That's up to you and your muse :)
