Your
challenge is to write us a pilot story in which you reveal that Fox
found/reunited with Samantha instead of her dying at age 14.
In
the past Mulder, then age 18, found Samantha in 1979 and saved her from
her early death. Maybe he told his parents, maybe they disappeared
without a word, but either way Mulder was in close contact with Samantha
while he attended Oxford (or he put off Oxford for 4 years to raise
her).
In 1992/3 he’s still on the X-Files. Given his new past,
what motivated him to join the FBI? Before you conclude your tale, have
him tell his new partner, Dana Scully, about it.
Oh, and there’s
one more thing - at least one small child in his life calls him uncle
Fox. How is motherhood working out for his sister?
