Option A

One day, long after the events of "Emily" and "Christmas Carol" the phone rings. Scully or Mulder pick it up, and they find out that it's a hospital calling. There's a young patient^* in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant…and the only likely match is Scully, Mulder(?), William, or baby Mulder. Once the shock wears off, they realize that the young patient must be one of Emily's siblings.

Do they help him or her? And how did the hospital know to call them? Hmm.

 ^*  How old the patient is depends on 1. when you set your story and 2. how long you decide the Consortium continued their creation of children from stolen ova. Give the neo-Consortium we saw in season 11, it's quite plausible that this child of Mulder and/or Scully's could be anywhere from an infant to in their mid 20s (applies to both options A and B)

Option B

One day, long, after b1. Mulder was released drugged and confused from Ellen's Airforce Base or b2. rose from the dead in season 8, the phone rings. Scully or Mulder pick it up, and they find out that it's a hospital calling. There's a young patient in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant…and the only likely match is Mulder, Scully(?), William, or baby Mulder.

Once the shock wears off, they realize that the young patient must be proof that Mulder's DNA was also used by the Consortium for their nefarious purposes.

Do they help him or her? And how did the hospital know to call them? Hmm.
