Expecting the Completely Unexpected Challenge

Many pregnancies catch the expectant father by surprise. In your story the dad-to-be is going to be really, really surprised because he's the one who is pregnant!

And, unlike the He's My "Mommy" challenge from The Nursery Files' earliest days, in this challenge we're looking for the rare, elusive het mpeg: the guy in your fic has not gotten into his unusual predicament through a relationship with another man. Any explanation other than m/m sex is allowed, and the second parent – be parent #2 some sort of supernatural being, a visitor from another planet, or a plain old human somehow – can be either sex.

Your challenge:

Write a story that features a man who is unexpectedly pregnant, and due to the nature of his child's conception in need of assistance. If the dad-to-be isn't an X-Files character, have him encounter one during your story. If he is an X-Files character, have him seek help from Scully and/or Mulder. During the course of getting help, he should explain the best he can how he ended up in his current state.
